METHODS
Per-Coooking-Rinse the rice throughly in a sieve under cold running water,Soak for 30 Minutes.Measures open pan cooking 5 units of water for 1 units rice, Closed pan cooking 2 units of water to cook. If the cooked rice is too soft or cooked, use less or margarine lime and salt to taste.
Open Pan
Bring a large pan of water to boil,Add the rice stir,return to a medium boil & cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse.
Microwave
Place the soaked rice and water in a Bowl.stir once and cover with a cling film.Cook for 6 minutes. Remove bowl from the oven and leave it to stand for 10 minutes before serving.(For a 650 watt.Oven microwave 300gms of rice at a time.)

Closed Pan
Put measured rice and cold water in to heavy based pan.Bring to boil,stir cover and tum down the heat to simmer for 10 minutes.Turn off the heat and let on,till each grain separates and swell.
Electric Rice Cooker
place the soaked rice in the cooker.Add the measured water.Switch on the cooker.The rice cooker will automatically switch from the ‘cook’To keep warm mode,Allow the rice to steam at the ‘keep warm’ position for 10-15 minutes.
